First of all, happy 2007! I finally have a free moment to catch up here and record some thoughts and findings again. I haven't forgotten about the site, but it's been on the back burner over the past month or so. Travel, wedding planning, final exams, more travel, and holidays will do that. I have a couple of thoughts that I've been meaning to post, so hopefully those will make it out of my head soon. In the meantime, here's what you should be taking with the world's largest grain of salt:
Kevin Shields tries to guarantee that My Bloody Valentine will make another record. Of course, there's no time frame or description of who MBV will actually be on the record (just Kevin, or will the others come back, too?) I feel pretty safe in saying that if he hasn't started on it yet, we shouldn't start holding our breath until at least 2009 and even that is probably pretty optimistic.
