We interrupt our regularly scheduled silence with this announcement. There's a new blog out there that you should probably check out. From Brooklyn to Bloomington is one boy's gripping story of survival as he makes his way from the big city to our country's heartland. Or something like that. It promises to have some excellent writing and thoughts on music and culture and community. Just be warned that some of the posts might end up being a bit verbose, but that doesn't mean that they won't be worth reading.
With that said, you have my permission to comment spam him if he ever mentions Georgia O'Keefe.

Apparently 2 Skinnee J's weren't able to sway the world's astronomy community from their latest decision to demote Pluto. I think that their arguement, if not stronger, is at least a lot more interesting to listen to than all this talk about orbits, size, and gravitational pull. Don't let them "discriminate against the distant!"
Really, go and listen to this song, and if you like it, check out "Irresistable Force," as well.
